Scott's deep-rooted love for boating has been ingrained in him since birth. His passion for the sea led him to pursue education at the prestigious Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, FL, honing his skills and knowledge in the maritime industry. With over 25 years of extensive experience in boating and maintenance, Scott's background has equipped him with the skills needed to navigate a myriad of vessels daily. His expertise is unparalleled, as he holds a Captain's License and Navigation, Advanced Open Water Nitrox certification, CPR and First Aid, with First Responder training as a prior Fire Officer, which further solidifies his proficiency in seafaring. His intimate connection to his island home equips him with a wealth of knowledge about the marine life and rich cultural experiences unique to the Cayman Islands. Meet Timothy Walton, born in Grand Cayman where he spent most of his childhood. After Hurricane Ivan, he relocated to Cayman Brac, where he spent his early adulthood on our sister island. Timothy hails from the Northside of the Cayman Islands and shares a profound love for the ocean. With over 25 years of boating experience, Timothy was raised with the traditional traits of the sea. He pursued studies in IMI Mechanics, obtained his Captain License and Navigation, and holds an Advanced Open Water Nitrox certification, along with comprehensive knowledge of boat maintenance. Captain Timothy is also certified in CPR and First Aid, with prior First Responder training as a Fire Officer. He gained valuable experience as a responder on the seaside operations for the Fire Service Rescue Launch in Cayman Brac. Apart from his professional pursuits, Timothy enjoys snorkelling and searching for conchs and lobsters during open season. His passion for operating boats dates back to his adolescent years and continues to the present, drawing from the wealth of knowledge he gained growing up in Cayman Brac alongside fishermen and seamen. Timothy's family legacy resonates with the sea, as both his father and grandfather were seamen.
